Biography
Elizabeth Palmer, born 15 Jan 1759 at Scotland, Connecticut, was the fourth and final child of Mary (Bingham), the first wife of Palmer.
She married as his first wife, Cyrus Tracy, son of Samuel & Ann/Anne (Partridge) Tracy, on 8 Nov 1783 at Windham, CT - parents of Cyrus Tracy II
After her death husband Cyrus married Hannah Lillie on 16 Mar 1786 at Scotland, Windham, CT
