Joel was born before 1823. His mother is Joanna Turner.

He was the son of Richard Paltridge. He passed away in 1901.

Research Notes

The marriage in St Pancras 1843 is not the same Joel (a Tailor) as he declares his father, Richard Paltridge, as dead.^[1] This Joel Paltridge is an unmarried agri labourer in 1861^[2]. 1871 and 1881 census not found yet. In a poor house in 91 and 1901 census.
