Robert Parke was born in 1658 in Ballyredman, Kilconner, Carlow, Ireland.
According to the family list, Robert was not a Quaker but his wife Margery was. Also, the family list states that Robert died in 1718.[1] This could not be his son because his son married in 1719. It follows logically that Robert Parke Sr. was the Robert Parke who died in 1718. This means the death date of 1738 in America is suspect. More research required.
