Rev War: Served as a soldier in the VA Line. Resided: of Prince Edward Co VA, where he enlisted for service in the Rev War; of Person Co NC, after Rev War; of Lincoln Co TN, in 1819; and of Mardin Co TN, after 1829 and was there in 1833.
Children of Thomas Parker, living with him in 1820:
1. Nancy Parker, b circa 1798.
2. Thomas Parker, b circa 1803.
Based on Thomas Parker's age in relation to the birth years of these two chn there could well have been other, younger chn.
The DAR lists a Capt. Thomas Parker (1760-bef 1828) of the VA Line who m Elsie MARSHALL. The Rev War soldier Thomas Parker of this posting was living in 1833, several years after the reported death date of the DAR's Capt. Thomas Parker.
