Biography
Sarah was the daughter of James and Sarah Barrett Parker born in East Bloomfield, New York. She married William Henry Wilcox, also of East Bloomfield December 3 1844 and the young couple made their home in southern Michigan. By 1855, they had moved to McHenry County, Illinois. Sarah and William Henry were the parents of six children, Julia Wilcox McCannon, Adalaide Wilcox, Maria Wilcox, Henry Wilcox, William H Wilcox, and Ida Wilcox Mansfield.
