Frances was born in 1833 the daughter of Herman and Sarah (Wilson) Parmelee.
She married William Olmsted and they had five children: James, Carlos, Julia, Frances, and Herbert.
Frances died in 1922 and is buried with her husband in the Machpelah Cemetery, Le Roy, Genesee County, New York.[1]
