Biography

Earl was born on 22 Aug 1879 in Potsdam, St. Lawrence, New York.[1] He was the son of Sylvester Baron Partridge and Henrietta Elizabeth (Earl) Partridge.

He married Rose Lovett on 14 Jul 1904 in Hamilton, , New York.

He died on 3 Jul 1953 in Rochester, Monroe, New York.
