Biography

Florence was born in 1906. She is the daughter of Edward Paine and Catherine Crocker.

In the 1921 census Florence Payne (age 14) was the daughter of Edward Payne in Winter House Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador.[1]

In the 1935 census Florence Payne (age 29) was the single daughter of Edward Payne in Winter House Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador.[2]
