Biography

When Hiram Lafayette "Fate" Pearson was born on September 25, 1858, in Monroe, Tennessee, his father, Hiram, was 44 and his mother, Sarah, was 35. He married Dora Bell Wilson on August 12, 1883, in Monroe, Tennessee. They had nine children. He died on March 3, 1934, in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, at the age of 75, and was buried at the Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Monroe County, Tennessee.
