Heindrich Peder Pedersen was born in 1879[1], the son of Peder Pedersen and Christina Pedersen (born as Kirstine Henriksdatter) who married in Skjold, Vejle, Denmark in 1871 and arrived in New Zealand in 1875 on the ship "Humboldt".
Heindrich was also known as Henry. In 1921 he married Florence May Kronk who was a young widow.
Henry passed away in 1941 aged 62 years[2] His name was incorrectly recorded in his death registration
He is buried in the Te Henui Cemetery, New Plymouth, New Zealand[3]
