Letty or Letitia was baptised on 2 December 1816 in Caldbeck, Cumberland, England.^[1] She was the daughter of John Peel and Mary Unknown.

Letitia married Robinson Bell on 11 November 1848 in Ireby, Cumberland, England.^[2]

In the 1871 census Letitia was in Low Ireby, Cumberland, England. Robinson was declared as a Publican and a Farmer.^[3]

Letitia's death was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1892 in the Wigton district.^[4]
