Anna (Peerman) Walker-Winchester-Emerine was born 27 APR 1876 in Mt. Vernon, Posey County, Indiana, and died 22 May 1956. Mt. Vernon, Indiana. [1] She married Thomas Winchester 15 OCT 1905 in Maunie (White County), Illinois. [2]

- Illness Fatal To Aged Local Lady
- Mrs. Anna Eliza Emerine, 80, wife of Walter Emerine, died at 10:15 o'clock last night at her home at 104-1/2 East Third street. She had been ill two months.
- Mrs. Emerine was a native, life-long resident of the Mt. Vernon community. She was a member of the Church of God Mission.
- The body is at Weisinger Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 o'clock this evening. Funeral arrangements were incomplete at noon today.
- Surviving, in addition to the husband, are four sons, Froman Walker, Enfield, Ill., Earl Winchester, Evansville, Thomas Winchester, Caseyville, Ill., and Earnie Winchester, Newburgh; a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Webster, Chico, Calif.; 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. May Miller, Mt. Vernon.[3]
