Gertrude, daughter of Henry F Pelton & Annie M Fisher, was born on 12 December 1895 in Fort Douglass, Utah.^[1] In the 1900 census Gertrude (age 4) was the great granddaughter of Timothy May in Lock Haven Ward 1, Clinton, Pennsylvania.^[2] In the 1920 census Gertrude (age 24), was the single daughter of Henry F Pelton in Spokane, Spokane, Washington.^[3]
