Biography

Thomas was born on 11 June 1798 in Virginia. He was the son of James Richardson Penn and Mary Major.

He married Ann Spurling on 22 March 1820 in Green County, Kentucky.[1][2]

Thomas died on 8 June 1879 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He was buried in the Spurlington United Methodist Church Cemetery.[3]
