Biography
The daughter of Robert Hamilton Peppers (1834-1926) and Carolina A. Bowens (1846-1919), Rosa Peppers was born in Gwinnett County, Georgia[citation needed] in 1875, residing with her family by 1880 in DeKalb County, Alabama.[1] Her siblings included:
