The following text is an excerpt from an email I received from Tillie (Perry) Bell dated 2018-03-12. I believe this information to be accurate. Chesley Feltham II 2018-03-13:

"Our Joseph Perry was born in 1812; he was baptised at 18 years of age in 1830 - C.of E. Greenspond.

His wife Mary Jane Wells was born in 1824 and their marriage date is 10/23 1840.

This is the record our family has had down through the generations; I have never had any other dates for them.

Others have had his wife as the daughter of Simon Wells - Mary Wells b 1818 or 1819 which is incorrect; that Mary Wells m. John Pond from Greenspond."
