Augusta Peterson was born on 18 July 1841 at Redfern, in the Colony of New South Wales and baptised at St.Philip's Sydney on the 10th October 1841. ^{[1] [2]}

She died on 8 July 1915 at Newtown, New South Wales and was buried at Waverley Cemetery, Bronte, New South Wales. ^{[3] [4]}

Reseach Notes

There has been some confusion with another Augusta Partridge, who died 30 October 1904. Father: Matthias Peterson (or Petersen).

DEATHS.

PARTRIDGE.— October 30, at her residence, Bourke-street, Waterloo, Augusta, beloved eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthias Peterson, Queen-street, Alexandria, aged 42. At rest.
