Biography
Mary Ann Wilkins Pettifer (married names Darroch then Hipgrave) was born on 1 December 1860 in Whroo, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Mary Ann (Smith) Pettifer and John Pettifer.[citation needed]
She married John Darroch on 8 March 1882 in Victoria.[1]
John died in 1895.[citation needed]
Mary remarried on 19 April 1900 in Victoria, to William Hipgrave.[2]
Mary died on 4 June 1941 in Rushworth, Victoria, aged 80 years.[citation needed]
