Mandate to the sheriff of Southampton that he should cause Hugh Peverel of Sampford, who is in prison at Winchester, by our order, to be released from prison, and to permit him whither he wishes to go, because the lord king has pardoned the rancor which he had toward him by the transgression of which he caused him to be taken.

Mandate to the sheriff of Somerset. Cecilia, who was the wife of Hugh Peverel of Sampford, to have seisin of the manor of Talton, which is of the inheritance of the son of Hugh Peverel of Sampford, for her maintenance until the son and heir of Hugh himself comes to the king, and do him what is right and pays what he owes and to allow his aforesaid mother has assigned her reasonable dower according to the custom of the land.
