Harold Edward Phibbs was born in 1884 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom, son of Edward Phibbs (1861–1930) and Eliza Groves (1861–1923).[1] He was baptised on 23 March, 1902 at Birmingham, St Asaph, Warwickshire. [2]
Harold died on July 1, 1916 in Flanders, België, aged 31 and is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial in France.[3]
