   Ruby Lee Nunn, 82, formerly of Oconee County, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000.

   A native of Banks County, Mrs. Nunn was a daughter of the late Jewell and Maude Wilson Phillips and was the widow of David E. Nunn. She formerly was employed by Poss's Lakeview Restaurant and was a member of Athens Church of Christ.

   Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Arthur Bowick's Oconee Chapel, Watkinsville, with Bill Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Union Christian Church cemetery.

   Survivors include three daughters, Marie N. Buckman, Lawrenceville, Mary N. Archer and Delores N. Chandler, both of Athens; three sons, David Nunn, Bogart, Jack Nunn, Statham, and Herbert Nunn, Winterville; two sisters, Sara P. McElroy, Danielsville, and Gertie P. Alewine, Gray; two brothers, Aubrey Phillips, Athens, and Harry Phillips, Watkinsville; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

   The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She is also mentioned in the obituaries for her brother Aubrey Phillips, who passed away in 2010,^[5], daughter Mary Frances Nunn Archer, who died in 2007,^[6] and her grandson Herbert Linzy Nunn Archer, who died in 2013.^[7]
