Biography
Samuel Phillips was born on February 20, 1679, in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts [1] . He was the son of Theophilus and Mary (Bennet) Phillips. Samuel married Deborah Dix on February 12, 1711, in Watertown [2] . Their marriage was performed by Justice of the Peace Jonas Bond . Samuel and Deborah had 5 children:
