Trevor Phillips was born in Wales.
Trevor was born about 1908. He was the son of Arthur Phillips and Elizabeth Gurmin.
He passed away in 1936 as the result of an Fairground ride accident in Hay, Breconshire on a ride called "Noahs Arc", believed to be a carosell type ride.
