"Valuable Real Estate for Sale in Branford"
The farm lately owned and occupied by the late Jared Pierpont of Branford, about two and a half miles east of the center, and adjoining Pine Orchard. Said farm contains about 35 acres; 23 acres in a high state of cultivation, well stocked with a choice variety of fruit of all kinds; about 2 1/2 acres of wood land, and 5 acres of salt meadow, all lying together. On said farm a good two-story dwelling house, large barn with cellar, carriage house, corn house, all nearly new. One of the best wells of water to be found in this vicinity Said property is bounded on the south by Long Island Sound-commanding one of the finest views of any sea shore property in this vicinity. Also, one other tract of land lying in the town of North Branford, on Great Hill, at a place called the Gulf, containing 19 acres, the same being heavily wooded.
