Biography

Nantje was baptised in 1718.

Research Notes

Her parents were Pieter Bor[ri]tsz & Maartje Elberts [Binnenwijsen], they lived at the same road in the Beemster as Willem Pietersz.[1]

Maartje Elberts was a member of the Binnenwijsen family, pioneers of the Beemster polder. On her mother's side she came from the Castricum/Leguijt family.

Pieter Borritsz was a son of Borrit Pietersz & Trijntje Pieters. Trijntje remarried to Jan Pietersz Lol. He also might've had a brother named Cornelis [Borritsz]. Borrit Pietersz was a son of Pieter Reijersz Jongemaats.

They probably married in the Beemster somewhere in 1739 but there are no marriage records available.
