Biography

Sarah Pink was born in Hampshire in 1813 to Harriet and William Pink.^[1] In 1838 she married Tom Cox Bray.^[2] Later that year Tom and Sarah emigrated to South Australia on the ship Prince George.^[3] They had six children in Adelaide:

1. Thomas William Bray, born 1840;^[4]
2. John Cox Bray, born 1842;^[5]
3. Sarah Ann Bray, born 1844;
4. George Bray, born 1845;^[6]
5. Charles Bray, born 1846;^[7]
6. Blanche Louisa Bray, born 1848.^[8]

Tom and Sarah returned to England in 1856. Sarah died in Sheffield in 1877.^[9]
