Jacques A "Jack" Plante was born on 1929. He was the son of Joseph and Germaine (Landry) Plante.
He married Doris Nadeau. They had one son, Richard Plante of Goffstown NH, and four daughters; Jacqueline Souza of Sweetwater TN, Jeannine Chasse of Bedford NH, Muriel Graveline of Manchester and Linda Pierce of Goffstown.
Jacques served in the United States Marines Corps during the Korean War and in Vietnam.
Jacques died in 2008. He is buried in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery.
