Biography
Peter was born in 1876. In the 1881 census Peter (age 4), Scholar, was the son of Peter Platt at 43 Lees St, Manchester, Lancashire, England.[1]
Enlisted in the Royal Engineers in 1917 but discharged in 1918 because of gastro problems from which he died.
