Biography
Francis Podvin was born in New York.
Francis Edward Podvin was the son of Bozeal Frederick Podvin and Emma Elise Paquette.[1] He was married first to Marian Elizabeth Regan, then to Bernice Estelle (Walker) Peek.[2]
