Geoffrey Pollitt was born in England, married in South Africa, and later moved to the U.S. The Social Security Death Index has his last residence as Middlesex, Massachusetts, but his obituary in the Concord (Massachusetts) Journal (carefully) doesn't say where "at home" was.
