Monica was born in 1822. She was the daughter of John Porterfield and Margaret Robb. Monica married Isaac Keyser. She passed away in 1896.[1]

Hi my name is Kathleen Porterfield Craig. My 3rd great grandfather was Matthew Porterfield 1812-1902 Monica was his sister. How far have you gotten in the Porterfield tree? I am trying to fine if the Porterfields came from Scotland. I know William P Porterfield 1712-1789 was born in Ireland and came to Virginia and the Porterfields that came from Belmont County came from that line of Porterfields
