Biography
William Robert Cardwell was born in 1866. He is the son of William Mowbray Potts and Eleanor Jane Sinclair.
It is believed that he died before the 1871 Census of England as he is not found with his parents in this census and he would have been only about five years old. He is one of two sons in this family who died young.
