Gobitha's married family name varies in spelling. Woollson, Woolaston, Woolston, and Wooliston have all been found. Woolleson is the name on husband Samuel's Last Will and Testament, and has thus been chosen as her current last name.[3]
Death: Samuel Woolleson does not mention his wife, but does mention all five children (Samuel jr & wife Rebecca, Elizabeth & husband William Davis, Gobitha wife of Thomas Withers, Joseph & wife Rebecca, Martha & husband Edward George). One might infer that his wife Gobitha preceded him in death.[3]
