Biography
William Sparkes was born in 1905. He was the son of William Samuel Preddy and Alice Williams. [1] [2] He was widowed when Alice died on 23 August 1962 in Settlers Hospital, Grahamstown.[1] He passed away in 1966 in Shaw Park, in the district of Bathurst. [2]
