She married Judge Logan (~1884 - 1930) on 30 Nov 1908 in Lafayette County, Mississippi, at the age of 16.^[1]

In the 1910 census Mary (age 18) was the wife of Judge (enumerated as "Sonny") Logan in Beat 3, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States. They had been married for two years.^[2]
