John (23) married Ann Pedler (22) (born on January 13, 1808 in Perranarworthal, Cornwall; daughter of William Pedler and Grace Caroline Rouse) on November 1, 1830 in Stoke Damerel, Devon, England. Their children were:
John William, An (nee Pedlar) and children Edward and Grace arrived from St Austell on 3 July 1857 per theship Gilmore which left Plymouth on 10 MAR 1857. His occupation was listed as miner[3].
John died on November 7, 1881 in Redruth, South Australia, Australia, aged 74. He was buried in Burra Cemetery, Burra[4][5] [2].
