William was born in 1796 in Kentucky and a son of Loftus Pullin and Celia Walker. William, married Judy King on September 13,1825 in Madison County, Kentucky. He passed away in 1860 and buried in the Platte City Cemetery in Platte City, Missouri. [1] William's surname is spelled "Pullins" on his tombstone.
