Biography

Wesley was born about 1859.^[1] He was the son of Jesse B. Rackley and Katherine Emeline Ramey. In 1877 he married Martha A. Burten,^[2] by whom he had one child. In 1882, he married secondly Sarah Elizabeth McGeehee,^[3] who gave him four children. He was a farmer. He passed away in 1913.^[4][5]
