George is possibly recorded as George Rannals in the 1830 census, Pulaski County, Kentucky. As he was named as one of three Executors of his father's 1831 Will, it would only reason he also lived in Pulaski County. The people in the 1830 record appear to correspond with the people in the 1840 census. Additionally, the older gentleman in the 1830 census is possibly James as I didn't locate him in his own household in 1830:
