Ruth was born in 1919, the daughter of Albert Raney (1890-1968) and Opha Mooney (1897-1965).

She married Arnold Althoff in 1941.^[1][2]

She passed away in 2006.

Research Notes

Conflict between FS and Find a Grave on exact birthdate. 1919 seems more supported. She died just two months after her husband in 2006.
