John was born 11 Jul 1871 in Cosher, County Wexford, Ireland. He is the son of Michael Redmond and Mary Dwyer.
In 1901 John was living with his sister, Margaret, and her husband in Kildare, age 27, working as Clerk in the Army Pay Department.
Beyond this it is difficult to know for sure what happened to John. It is possible that he was working and living in Dublin in 1911, as the name, age, county of birth, and occupation tie with what we know from 1901. ( John Redmond, age 40, born Wexford, boarder at 20 in Bridge Street Lower, Usher's Quay, Dublin, Single, and working as a Government Clerk ).
It has not been possible to locate his death record, as there are many possible matches, and his year of death is unknown.
