SHADY COVE, OREGON – Andrew Harrison Reffett, age 55, of Shady Cove, Oregon, died January 31, 2017, at his residence. Andy was born March 2, 1961 in Demopolis, Ala. to Andrew Cortis Reffett, Jr. and Louise Harrison Reffett. He is survived by his husband, George Morris of Shady Cove, Ore.; daughter, Ashley Reffett Hutton of Silverdale, Wash.; son, Jordan Reffett (Sarah) of Tuscaloosa; grandchildren, Jackson, Chandler, Peyton and Lawson Hutton of Demopolis; parents, A. C. and Louise Reffett of Tuscaloosa; brother, Leonard Reffett (Kay) of Demopolis; sisters, Lena Susan Franklin (Roger) of South Prince George, Va. and Joy Jones (Joe) of Bremen, Ga. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Carmie Reffett, Ben and Susie Harrison and Clyde Harrison. A memorial service and visitation will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017, from 2 -4 p.m. at First Christian Church in Demopolis. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association or American Diabetes Association. Published by Tuscaloosa News on Feb. 19, 2017.
