Biography
"Washington Remick was a farmer and lived on land in Eliot that was left to him by his father, Major Samuel Remick. By Washington's will of 23 Aug. 1893, he left his house and land to his sons, Joseph and John Remick, and mentioned his wife Sarah and his daughters, Harriet J. and Mary A. Remick, he also named a Charles W. Dorr, probably a stepson. Children born in Eliot" [1]
