Biography
A marriage license for Elizabeth Rice and Elisha Rhodes was issued on 1 September 1819 in Frederick County, Maryland.[1]
Elizabeth was named as the widow of Elisha Rhodes in an 1864 equity court case over her father Perry Rice's estate.[2]
