Biography
François was born on Mar 29 1820, to Joseph Ignace Richard (1784-1849) and Genevieve Benoit (1793-1868). He was baptized the same day at Saint-Michel-de-Yamaska, his godparents were Pierre Forcier and Magdelaine Benoit.[1]
François married Elisabeth Théroux dite Laferté (1824-) on Jan 7 1845, at Saint-David, Yamaska.[2]
François passed away on Nov 25 1888, and was buried on the 28th at Saint-Pie-de-Guire Roman Catholic Cemetery, Yamaska, Québec.[3]
