Biography

Job was the son of Edward Ridgway and his wife Mary Delaplaine. He was employed as a blacksmith in Woolwich Twp., Gloucester County, New Jersey

He left a will dated 24 Sep 1791, that named his living sons, but did not give his daughters by name. The will identifies property he owned in Pilesgrowe and Penn's Neck. An inventory of his property was performed on 11 Nov 1797, and the will was proved 24 Nov 1797.
