I agree. Documents relating to the Ruth Riggs, who was the daughter of Jeremiah Riggs and Rachel Haskell, married William Andrews in Gloucester, Massachusetts. This Ruth Riggs could not have had children with two different men in two different places at the same time. This Ruth Riggs spent her life in Gloucester, Massachusetts. - S Mercer
