Biography
Anna was born during her parents' engagement; however, they never married. Instead, Anna's father emigrated to North America in November 1903. Her mother later married another man and had several more children. In the 1910 and 1930 census records, Anna is a foster daughter in her aunt's family, having move there in 1907. Her profession in 1930 is listed as Café Owner. In 1931, both Anna and her sister Vivan were adopted by their aunt and uncle.
