Hugh Robb was born in Scotland.

Hugh Roberts Robb was born in 1900 in Bothwell, Lanarkshire, son of Thomas Robb and Isabella (Young) Robb. ^[1]

Hugh Robb migrated from Scotland to United States.

He migrated from Bellshill, Lanarkshire to Steubenville, Ohio, United States arriving at New York on 13 March 1923 on board the Columbia. He was a steel erector. ^[2]

On 23 June 1925 he married Helen Marie Urban. ^[3] They had 3 children.
