Wilfred Reginald John Seymour petitioned for divorce from Mary Dorothea Seymour on the ground of her adultery with William M'Kay. Mr. A.1 T. Young appeared for the petitioner who stated that the parties ware married in 1922 but their life had been far from happy and in February 1923, a seperation was agreed upon. Subsequently, he had reason to suspect his wife and later he obtained a birth certificate from Sydney showing that a child had been born there. He was not the father of that child. His Honour heard further evidence and granted a decree nisi to be moved absolute in three months.
